The 4th HKU Summer Finance Conference will take place in Hong Kong on 14-15 May 2026, bringing together more than 20 leading finance and accounting scholars from around the world for two days of academic exchange. Organized by The University of Hong Kong, the conference continues as a partnership with ECGI, building on the success of previous editions.
The conference is invitation‑only and designed to promote close interaction and in‑depth discussion among participants. The program features nine long seminar-style presentations (40–45 minutes) and eleven short presentations (15 minutes) showcasing early‑stage but solid research ideas, complemented by locally themed meals and social activities to encourage both formal and informal exchange.
Interested participants may request attendance by 13 April. Successful applicants will be notified by 21 April.
