ECGI Governance Structure

The governance of ECGI is delegated across a number of responsible groups. The General Assembly consists of all the Members of the Institute. All Members have one vote.

The General Assembly have the following powers conferred upon it by the Articles of Association:

• the modification of these Articles of Association;
• the decision to dissolve the Institute;
• the election and removal of the directors;
• the approval of the Institute's budgets, accounts and annual report;
• the designation and removal of the external auditor.
