This set of recommendations, which constitutes the Afep-Medef code, may be designated by listed companies as their reference code pursuant to Articles L.22-10-10 and L.22-10-20 of the Commercial Code. The code, adopted by almost all SBF 120 companies, offers a demanding and precise set of recommendations on corporate governance and particularly on the compensation of their executive and non-executive corporate officers.
