Can I post my event on the ECGI website and channels?
Only ECGI affiliated events are posted on our website and channels. Perhaps you would like to consider partnering on the event? ECGI does not provide financial support but can be a valuable event partner, reaching an audience of over 8,000 worldwide. Read on if interested, and please get in touch.
How can I affiliate my event with ECGI?
All affiliation requests are considered by the ECGI Research Committee to ensure relevance, quality, and balance with the event programming and delivery. The event should have secure funding and it should involve at least two ECGI Research Members, either on the programme or organising team. Enquiries should be submitted by email to events@ecgi.org with adequate notice. It is a requirement to be an institutional member of ECGI in order to avail of this opportunity. If not yet a member, it may be useful to review this option.
How early can I submit a collaboration request?
The earlier the better! Particularly for in-person events that require travel for delegates, it is important to submit requests several months in advance. Online events require less notice however, if the team is overloaded, it may not be possible to include your event in our schedule. If you do not yet have a programme, reach out with an outline of the details and we can provide an indication of support or otherwise.
