Session 6 | Thailand’s ESG Evolution: Legal and Regulatory Frameworks in Capital Markets – Substance or Greenwashing

The 2025 Asian Corporate Law Forum (ACLF), co-hosted by ECGI and held at Chulalongkorn University Faculty of Law in Bangkok on March 25–26, brought together leading scholars from across Asia to discuss cutting-edge research on corporate law and governance.

Session 6 was moderated by Joon Hyug Chung (Seoul National University), with Poomsiri Dumrongvute and Thitinant Tengaumnuay (both from Chulalongkorn University) presenting their paper "Thailand’s ESG Evolution: Legal and Regulatory Frameworks in Capital Markets – Substance or Greenwashing," followed by a discussion led by Takuma Kumashiro (Kobe University).
