Corporate Governance and Stakeholders Public Seminar

The "Corporate Governance and Stakeholders" Public Seminar, held on 24 March 2025 at the Faculty of Law, Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok, brought together leading voices from Thailand’s financial and regulatory institutions—including the Stock Exchange of Thailand, the SEC, and the Bank of Thailand—alongside international scholars and corporate leaders.

Organised by the Asian Corporate Law Forum and co-sponsored by the European Corporate Governance Institute (ECGI), the event explored how businesses can balance shareholder interests with those of broader stakeholders, including employees, communities, and the environment.
