The 2025 Asian Corporate Law Forum (ACLF), co-hosted by ECGI and held at Chulalongkorn University Faculty of Law in Bangkok on March 25–26, brought together leading scholars from across Asia to discuss cutting-edge research on corporate law and governance.

This panel, titled “Employees & Corporate Governance” and moderated by Dan Puchniak (Singapore Management University, Yong Pung How School of Law, and ECGI), examined the growing significance of employee participation in governance structures. Speakers included Manabu Matsunaka (Nagoya University Graduate School of Law), Jennifer Hill (Monash University and ECGI), Panthip Pruksacholavit (Chulalongkorn University), Christopher Chen (National Taiwan University), who shared diverse regional perspectives and legal insights on this evolving topic.
