Session 4 | Guardian of Truth: How To Ensure the Accuracy of ESG Information

The 2025 Asian Corporate Law Forum (ACLF), co-hosted by ECGI and held at Chulalongkorn University Faculty of Law in Bangkok on March 25–26, brought together leading scholars from across Asia to discuss cutting-edge research on corporate law and governance.

Session 4 was moderated by Thitinant Tengaumnuay (Chulalongkorn University), with Takuma Kumashiro (Kobe University) presenting his paper "Guardian of Truth: How To Ensure the Accuracy of ESG Information," followed by a discussion led by Jennifer Hill (Monash University and ECGI).
