Session 4 | Directors Duties towards Stakeholders in India

The 2025 Asian Corporate Law Forum (ACLF), co-hosted by ECGI and held at Chulalongkorn University Faculty of Law in Bangkok on March 25–26, brought together leading scholars from across Asia to discuss cutting-edge research on corporate law and governance.

Session 4 of Day 2 was moderated by Nathaniel Mangunson (Universitas Indonesia), with Arjya B. Majumdar (O.P. Jindal Global University) presenting his paper "Directors’ Duties Towards Stakeholders in India," followed by a discussion led by Sang Yop Kang (Seoul National University and ECGI).
