Session 2 | Insolvency Law in the Global South: Lessons for the Global North

The 2025 Asian Corporate Law Forum (ACLF), co-hosted by ECGI and held at Chulalongkorn University Faculty of Law in Bangkok on March 25–26, brought together leading scholars from across Asia to discuss cutting-edge research on corporate law and governance.

Session 2 was moderated by Dan Puchniak (Singapore Management University, Yong Pung How School of Law, and ECGI), with Aurelio Gurrea-Martinez (Singapore Management University, Yong Pung How School of Law, and ECGI) presenting his paper "Insolvency Law in the Global South: Lessons for the Global North," followed by a discussion led by Akshaya Kamalnath (The Australian National University).
