Session 3 | Piercing the Corporate Veil Under China’s New Company Law

The 2025 Asian Corporate Law Forum (ACLF), co-hosted by ECGI and held at Chulalongkorn University Faculty of Law in Bangkok on March 25–26, brought together leading scholars from across Asia to discuss cutting-edge research on corporate law and governance.

Session 3 was moderated by Andrew Jen-Guang Lin (National Taiwan University), with Pangyue Cheng (The University of Hong Kong) presenting her paper "Piercing the Corporate Veil Under China’s New Company Law," followed by a discussion led by Kenneth Khoo (National University of Singapore).
