Session 3 | An Isolated Stakeholder Model

The 2025 Asian Corporate Law Forum (ACLF), co-hosted by ECGI and held at Chulalongkorn University Faculty of Law in Bangkok on March 25–26, brought together leading scholars from across Asia to discuss cutting-edge research on corporate law and governance.

Session 3 of Day 2 was moderated by Hidefusa Iida (The University of Tokyo), with Deng Feng (Peking University) presenting his paper "An Isolated Stakeholder Model: The Lane-Changing Legal Institutions of China's SOEs," followed by a discussion led by 
Andrew Lin (National Taiwan University).
