Session 1 | Corporate Governance and Technology – Perspectives from China and India

The 2025 Asian Corporate Law Forum (ACLF), co-hosted by ECGI and held at Chulalongkorn University Faculty of Law in Bangkok on March 25–26, brought together leading scholars from across Asia to discuss cutting-edge research on corporate law and governance.

Session 1 of Day 2 was moderated by Poomsiri Dumrongvute (Chulalongkorn University), with Akshaya Kamalnat (The Australian National University) presenting her paper "Corporate Governance and Technology – Perspectives from China and India," followed by a discussion led by Tomoyo Matsui (Hitotsubashi University).
