Panel Discussion | Shareholder Activism

The 2025 Asian Corporate Law Forum (ACLF), co-hosted by ECGI and held at Chulalongkorn University Faculty of Law in Bangkok on March 25–26, brought together leading scholars from across Asia to discuss cutting-edge research on corporate law and governance.

The final panel of Day 2, titled “Shareholder Activism,” was moderated by Wei Zhang (Singapore Management University), and featured insights from Royhan Akbar (Universitas Gadjah Mada), Patanaporn Kowpatanakit (Chulalongkorn University), Hidefusa Iida (The University of Tokyo), and Dan Puchniak (Singapore Management University, Yong Pung How School of Law, and ECGI).
