The Centre for Commercial Law and Regulatory Studies (CLARS) will host 'The Corporation in Society: Corporate Law and Criminal Law Perspectives Workshop' in Prato, Italy. 

This unique event brings together legal scholars to explore the intersection of corporate law and criminal law, addressing contemporary challenges and opportunities in corporate governance, accountability, and ethical conduct.
