In the eleventh public lecture of this series, Professor Adriana Robertson of University of Chicago and ECGI will deliver this lecture titled, "Shareholder Proposals: Past, Present, and Future"

This lecture will discuss the past, present and future of shareholder proposals at U.S. public companies. It will also contextualize recent developments in light of the dynamics of both corporate and securities law.
