In the ninth public lecture of this series, Professor Marcin Kacperczyk of Imperial College London and ECGI delivered his lecture titled, "Carbon Transition Risk"

The lecture introduced carbon transition risk, focusing on common misconceptions and challenges surrounding this concept. It offered a global perspective from the viewpoints of regulators, investors, and firms, and addressed issues related to the interpretability and measurement of this risk. The aim was to provide investors and practitioners with a more conceptually grounded framework for understanding carbon transition risk and for making informed inferences in this area.

The lecture was moderated by Sara Rosner, Director of Responsible Investing Research at AllianceBernstein.

This was an online lecture that was held on Zoom.
