Biography

Fadua Gajardo is the Executive Director of the Instituto de Directores de Chile (IdDC), where she leads initiatives dedicated to strengthening corporate governance, ethics, and board performance. A psychologist by profession, she is a recognized expert in corporate governance, serving as company non-executive director and as advisor to family-owned businesses.

Throughout her career, she has been a key advocate for diversity, transparency, and sustainable business models in Chile, contributing actively to national regulatory milestones such as Más Mujeres en Directorios movement to promote gender diversity on corporate boards. As an accomplished national and international speaker, her work focuses on board effectiveness, strategic management, and the integration of human capital and emerging challenges within modern corporate leadership.
