Jens Dammann is the Ben H. and Kitty King Powell Chair in Business and Commercial Law at the University of Texas School of Law.
He has been a visiting professor at the University of Chicago Law School and the Cornell Law School.
His interests include corporate law, law and economics, contracts, European Union law, and consumer protection law.
