ACLF 2026 | Reforming Australia’s Limited Partnerships Laws: Lessons from Singapore, Hong Kong and Malaysia

The annual ACLF public event and invitation-only conference was held on Tuesday 14 - Wednesday 15 April 2026. It brought together 11 of Asia’s leading law departments, renowned for their expertise in corporate law and governance in Asia. They comprised an engaging forum for the most innovative and impactful new scholarship on Asian corporate law and governance.

This session was moderated by Virginia Harper Ho (City University of Hong Kong and ECGI), presented by Tamara Wilkinson (Monash University) and followed with a discussion by Kyung-Hoon Chun (Seoul National University).
