The aim of CSR’s Corporate Governance Code is to actively promote the highest corporate governance

The corporate governance principles and recommendations can serve as a tool for Kuwaiti companies to benchmark themselves and improve their level of corporate governance compliance. This will improve the transparency and provide more clarity to the Kuwaiti corporate governance system. The ultimate objective is to boost investor confidence in the board, management and control systems of the company, improve transparency levels, and thereby improve the efficiency of the capital market and help achieve high sustained growth for the corporate sector and the economy.
