This code shall be applicable to public enterprises as defined by article 2 (1) of the Public Enterprises Proclamation Number 25/1992 and Council of Ministers Regulation No. 445/2019. Notwithstanding sub-article 1 of this article, other industry specific regulatory laws and directives are applicable on public enterprises.
