This online public lecture will be given by Anat Alon-Beck of Case Western Reserve University, School of Law titled: “Delaware Beware: The Changing Landscape of State Corporate Charters".

 

Is Delaware losing its status as the leading state to incorporate large corporations? In this seminar, Anat Alon-Beck will explore how high-growth companies have begun to consider relocating from Delaware, offering insight into the so-called “DExit” phenomenon and emerging competitors such as Texas and Nevada.

 

This lecture will be moderated by Matt Turk, Kelley School of Business, Indiana University.
