Professor Ramin Baghai

Ramin Baghai is a Professor of Finance and holds the Bard Chair in Finance at the Stockholm School of Economics. He holds a Ph.D. in Finance from the London Business School. His research focuses on corporate finance, corporate governance, as well as labor and finance. He has published in the Journal of Finance, the Journal of Financial Economics, the Review of Financial Studies, among other journals.
