Maribel Saez Lacave

Maribel Sáez Lacave is Professor of Corporate and Business Law (Profesora Titular) at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. Her research interests include corporate law and law and economics. She received a postdoctoral fellowship from the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation to visit Marburg University and Bonn University (2004-2005). She has been visiting scholar at Harvard Law School (2017) and Columbia University (2012) and visiting professor of law at the Radzyner School of Law in the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya (2013, 2019). Her work is regularly presented at prestigious conferences including the American Law and Economics Association and the European Law and Economics Association.
