Guy Jubb, who is a chartered accountant, is Vice Chair of the ECGI’s board and an Honorary Professor at the University of Edinburgh. He is the former Global Head of Governance & Stewardship at Standard Life Investments. He retired from Standard Life in 2016 after 30 years’ service. He is an Independent Non-Executive of Mazars LLP, and serves on its Public Interest Committee and Audit Board. He was a Senior Advisor to the Conference Board’s European Corporate Governance Council, which he co—chaired for many years.
Guy has played a leading role in developing and implementing best practice in corporate governance and investor stewardship, in the UK and around the world, and was the recipient of ICSA’s Outstanding Achievement Award for 2015.
