Before founding Vermeille & Co in 2017, she practised for over ten years with several international law firms in France and abroad. She holds a Magistère Juriste d'Affaires and the Diplôme de Juriste Conseil d'Entreprise (DJCE) from Université Paris II Panthéon‑Assas, and an LL.M. in Business Law from King's College London.
