Mr. Kaan Karaaslan

I am a Research Assistant in Commercial Law at Antalya Bilim University, an Attorney at Law, and a Ph.D. candidate in Private Law at Akdeniz University. I also pursue an International Master’s Degree in Sports Law at Real Madrid Graduate School – Universidad Europea. My research interests include commercial law, corporate law, insurance law, sports law, and the legal implications of artificial intelligence and digital technologies. I have a particular academic interest in insurance contract law, especially credit-linked life insurance, and I am the author of the book Credit-Linked Life Insurance (Seçkin Publishing House, 2025). I also conduct research in commercial and comparative law and actively engage in international academic collaboration.
