Dr Tania Tomasi

Tania Tomasi is a Researcher (RTT) in Business Law at the University of Ferrara, Department of Economics and Management. She teaches Business Law and Corporate Crisis and Insolvency Law. Her research focuses on corporate governance, early warning systems and the prevention and management of corporate distress, restructuring strategies, corporate sustainability, and behavioural approaches to business law. She has conducted research abroad, including at the London School of Economics. She is a member of the European Corporate Governance Institute (ECGI) and the Organismo Italiano di Business Reporting (OIBR).
