Biography
Pier Mario Lupinu, Dr., holds a Ph.D. in Banking and Finance Law jointly at the University of Luxembourg and at Roma Tre University. He is currently employed as a Lecturer in Commercial Law at the University of Glasgow. Prior to the current position, he worked as a Banking and Finance Knowledge Lawyer at Clifford Chance Luxembourg and in legal positions for several EU institutions and agencies, such as the European Central Bank, the Single Resolution Board, the European Investment Bank and the European Commission.
