Prof. Antonija Zubović

Antonija Zubović is an Associate Professor at the Department of Commercial and Company Law at the Faculty of Law in Rijeka. She received her PhD from the Faculty of Law in Zagreb in 2012. She was a member of the Working Group of the Negotiating Team of the Republic of Croatia for Accession to the European Union in the field of company law. She is a registered arbitrator with the Permanent Arbitration Court of the Chamber of Commerce, Croatia. In 2014, she was granted international scholarship for research at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law, Hamburg, Germany. In 2018, she received the Award for Teaching Excellence of the University of Rijeka. She participated as a member of the research team in scientific research projects of the Ministry of Science, Education and Youth of the Republic of Croatia, the Croatian Science Foundation and the University of Rijeka. She actively participates in international and national seminars and conferences and has published scientific papers and articles in the field of commercial law, company law and capital market law.
