Dr. Abdurrahman KAYIKLIK

Dr. Abdurrahman Kayıklık graduated from Koç University Law School in Istanbul in 2018, also completing a double major in economics at the same university. Dr. Kayıklık obtained his Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from Harvard Law School in 2019, focusing on corporate law and corporate governance. He received his doctorate from Koç University in 2024, and his dissertation titled “Representation of the Joint Stock Company” (in Turkish) was published as a book the same year. He was a visiting doctoral researcher at Freie Universität Berlin as a TÜBİTAK scholar in the second half of 2023. He served as a research assistant and lecturer at Koç University between 2019 and 2025. He is currently an assistant professor of Commercial and Corprorate Law at Bilkent University, Ankara.
