Biography

After graduating with honors from the Liceo Classico (Italian secondary school specializing in classical studies, including Latin and Ancient Greek), he earned a law degree with honors, presenting a thesis in industrial law that was awarded publication status by the University and the prize for best thesis of the Faculty of Law at the University of Turin.
He became a lawyer at the age of 26 and, at 29, passed the selective notarial examination, qualifying as a notary in Turin. He attended courses in commercial law at the London School of Economics, Fordham University and the University of Oxford, all completed with top marks.
Author of publications in corporate law, he lectures at the University of Turin and is Affiliate Professor of Business Law at ESCP. He is a member of the editorial board of leading academic journals, Nuovo Diritto Societario and Giurisprudenza Arbitrale. He is completing a PhD in Corporate Law.
