Biography
I am a law lecturer at the UPSA Law School in Ghana, where I have been teaching for 7 years. I teach Company law and Financial regulation. My research interest is in corporate governance particularly in the context of financial institutions. I am also a PhD candidate at the University of Cape Town and my research is in Corporate governance lapses in the 2017 banking sector crisis experienced in Ghana.
