Biography
Edoardo Pedersoli is currently an associate professor in Corporate Law at the University of Milan, Italy. He has been teaching banking and insurance law, and financial markets, at the same University, since 2019.
He received a Ph.D. in Company Law from the University of Milan, Italy (2014), after having been admitted as a visiting researcher at Harvard Law School in 2013 under the supervision of professor Guhan Subramanian. He graduated with honors at the Faculty of Law, University of Milan, Italy (J.D. equivalent, 2010).
His research is mainly focused on corporate governance and banking law, with specific reference to the analysis of internal controls in banks, as well as on the withdrawal right in the joint stock companies and limited liability companies. He is a member of the Editorial Board (Milan) of "Giurisprudenza Commerciale".
