Prof. Maria del Pilar Palacios Matos, MBA, Cert IoD

Adjunct Professor at Universidad del Pacífico (Peru), with research interests in Corporate Governance, Strategy, Innovation, and Sustainability. She is currently a PhD Candidate in Strategic Management at the Consorcio de Universidades (Peru), holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Rochester Institute of Technology as a Fulbright Grantee, is a licensed Industrial Engineer from Universidad de Lima, and holds the Certificate in Company Direction (Cert IoD).

Her career spans leadership roles across multinational corporations, international organizations, and academia. She has led cross-sector initiatives in organizational transformation, governance, innovation, and leadership development, fostering collaboration among academic, corporate, public, and international stakeholders.
