Session 5 | Looking into Challenges and Opportunities of Indonesia’s Environmental, Social, and Governance Legislations and Lessons-learned from Asian Collaboration

The 2025 Asian Corporate Law Forum (ACLF), co-hosted by ECGI and held at Chulalongkorn University Faculty of Law in Bangkok on March 25–26, brought together leading scholars from across Asia to discuss cutting-edge research on corporate law and governance.

Session 5 was moderated by Yetty Komalasari Dewi (Universitas Indonesia), featuring presentations by Laurensia Andrini, Irna Nurhayati, and Dina W. Kariodimedjo (Universitas Gadjah Mada) on their paper "Looking into Challenges and Opportunities of Indonesia’s Environmental, Social, and Governance Legislations and Lessons-Learned from Asian Collaboration,"followed by a discussion led by Vivien Chen (Monash University).
