The History of the Corporation (2021)

A workshop on the history of the corporation held on 10 June 2021, in collaboration with the Global Corporate Governance Colloquium, covering ownership and control in the Edwardian and American corporation, legal transplants in China and Egypt, and shareholder voting under autocracy.
