ACLF 2026 | Securities Regulation & Climate Change in Douglas A. Kysar & Ernest Lim, The Oxford Handbook of Climate Change and Private Law

The annual ACLF public event and invitation-only conference was held on Tuesday 14 - Wednesday 15 April 2026. It brought together 11 of Asia’s leading law departments, renowned for their expertise in corporate law and governance in Asia. They comprised an engaging forum for the most innovative and impactful new scholarship on Asian corporate law and governance.

This session was moderated by Adnan Trakic (Monash University), presented by Virginia Harper Ho (City University of Hong Kong and ECGI) and followed with a discussion by Xingguang Zou (Peking University).
