Research Areas: European Community law and institutionnal issues, European and comparative company law and CG issues. Author of books &  articles on company law and Corporate Governance topics. Working on shareholders activism in France and Europe

Professional Experience: ex director of the ESSEC law curriculum, Director of the European Center Law and Economics at ESSEC, Co-director of the European Affairs track, founder of Women empowerment programmes, previously Department Chair of the Law Department and ESsc &Mannheim EXMBA
