Professor Tingting Liu

Tingting Liu is an associate professor of finance and John and Connie Stafford Professor in Business at Iowa State University. She received her PhD in Finance from the University of Georgia. Her teaching focuses on financial modeling and merger valuation analysis.

Professor Liu's research focuses on corporate finance with interests in corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, boards of directors, behavioral finance and corporate disclosure. Her research has been published in top finance and accounting journals.
