Dr John Quinn

John Quinn is an assistant professor of European company law at Dublin City University. His research interests include corporate sustainability, corporate finance and insolvency law. He is the author of The Societal Company: Sustainability, Shareholder Value and European Company Law (Hart, 2025) and his work has been published across several peer reviewed journals including the Journal of Corporate Law Studies, Transnational Legal Theory and Law, Innovation and Technology.
