Ms Eugenia Pavan
Biography
Eugenia Pavan is a PhD candidate in Law at Trinity College Dublin. Her research focuses on the Regulation of Corporate Lobbying in the European Union.
Eugenia graduated cum laude from the University of Bologna in 2022 and subsequently completed an LL.M in International Business Law at King's College London, graduating with highest honours, thanks to a competitive scholarship offered by the University of Bologna.
She completed her traineeship in the corporate department of an international law firm based in Milan, where she worked for nearly three years. She qualified as a lawyer in May 2025.
Her PhD thesis focuses on the regulatory aspects of corporate lobbying at the EU level, adopting a comparative approach.
Since January 2026 she has been teaching Company Law tutorials at University College Dublin and Company Law seminars at Trinity College Dublin.
