Biography
Mr. Dhamankar is an Indian Chartered Accountant (1995), qualified CPA (2002) from AICPA USA, ACA (2017) from ACAEW and Alumni of INSEAD. He studied and perused Professional Ethics & Business Responsibility from all the three renowned Institutions mentioned above. He believes in Stringent Corporate Governance Practices in its true spirit and look forward to contributing towards its implementation by all the Listed and Un-listed corporates of the world. He has recently joined one of the subsidiary of Listed Corporate named UPL in India as CFO. UPL upholds highest standards of Corporate Governance and has implemented robust corporate governance framework to enables and frame strategies for its current and future business segments. He worked as Group CFO for Samunnati Financial Serviecs and Intermediary Services Ltd from July 19 to June 22. Collaborated with World's top Impact firms have invested in Samunnati like Nuveen Capital (TIAA), responsAbility AG , Accel Partners and Elevar Equity who support and monitor corporate governance stringently on contentious basis. Prior to that he was part of senior managment and worked as Group CFO (Jan 2007- July 2019) with one of the largest Agri Warehousing and Commodity Risk Management Company called NCML India whose known for highest standards on ESG.
