Biography
Antigoni Alexandropoulou is Associate Professor of Business Law at European University Cyprus. Her research covers European and comparative company law and corporate governance, especially directors' duties and liability, legal persons as directors, corporate mobility and shareholder and creditor protection. She chaired the CCBE Company Law Committee (2018–2025) and has advised on EU company-law projects and for UNCITRAL. She holds a Dr jur and an LLM from Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich.
