Professor Anete Pajuste

Anete Pajuste is Professor of Finance and Head of Accounting and Finance Department at the Stockholm School of Economics (Riga). She holds a Ph.D. in Finance from the Stockholm School of Economics. Previously she has been a Visiting Professor at Boston University Questrom School of Business (2023/2025) and a Visiting Senior Fellow at the Program on Corporate Governance of Harvard Law School (2021/2022). Her research focuses on corporate governance, sustainability, and family business, with particular interests in controlling owners, dual-class share structures, ESG reporting, sustainable finance, stakeholder governance, board diversity, and succession, survival, and performance in private and family firms.
