Founded in 1842, the University of Chile is the main and oldest institution of higher education in the country, with a national and public character.
Since 1934, the Faculty of Economics and Business has been part of our history, training the great professionals who have developed Chile, both in the public and private sectors, throughout history and under all governments. We continue to be leaders in the areas in which we teach, thanks to our outstanding academics and our students, who provide us with diversity, global vision, and the necessities to remain a relevant space for engagement, debate, and social mobility.
The Centre of Corporate Governance at the Faculty of Economics and Business carries out applied studies, accompaniment to boards, and generates spaces for reflection such as seminars and discussions. Their work seeks to strengthen corporate governance through up-to-date knowledge, strategic dialogue and tailor-made solutions for senior management.
