How are businesses creating solutions to global challenges? The Asian Corporate Law Forum (ACLF) will explore innovative approaches to poverty, inequality, and other pressing societal issues. Featuring two keynote addresses and a multi-country panel discussion, this seminar will bring together diverse regional perspectives on the evolving role of corporate law in driving meaningful social impact.

 

  • Datin Wira Goh Suet Lan, President, Women of Will Malaysia (WOW) will share insights on transformative collaborations that empower women and families at the margins.
     
  • Philip Koh, Senior Partner, Mah-Kamariyah and Adjunct Professor, School of Business, Monash Malaysia University, will draw from his extensive experience in legal practice and industry.
     

  • A multi-country panel will offer fresh regional perspectives on corporate law and social impact.
