How are businesses creating solutions to global challenges? The Asian Corporate Law Forum (ACLF) explored innovative approaches to poverty, inequality, and other pressing societal issues. Featuring two keynote addresses and a multi-country panel discussion, this seminar brought together diverse regional perspectives on the evolving role of corporate law in driving meaningful social impact.

 

  • Datin Wira Goh Suet Lan, President, Women of Will Malaysia (WOW) shared insights on transformative collaborations that empower women and families at the margins.
     
  • Philip Koh, Senior Partner, Mah-Kamariyah and Adjunct Professor, School of Business, Monash Malaysia University, drew from his extensive experience in legal practice and industry.
     
  • A multi-country panel offered fresh regional perspectives on corporate law and social impact.
