The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth was founded in 1900 as the world’s first graduate school of management.

Our mission is to develop wise, decisive leaders who better the world through business. By developing such leaders, bold decisions can be made to substantially improve business performance and the world we live in.

Tuck distinguishes itself by being distinctly personal, connected, and transformative. Our vibrant, welcoming community and giving culture promotes trust and forges strong bonds and lifelong connections. Tuck’s accessible faculty are skilled scholar-educators whose rigor and relevance shape both business theory and practice.

An immersive and highly individualized modern learning environment encourages reflection and fosters personal development. With emphasis on both individual and experiential, team-based learning, students develop the specialized skills and knowledge, and the emotional intelligence and self-awareness, to achieve meaningful growth as a leader.

Our location in Hanover, New Hampshire—and our affiliation with Dartmouth, our Ivy League parent—enriches life and offers unique opportunities to learn while serving as a base camp from which students can draw upon and connect to the world’s diversity, energy, and innovation.
