ECGI as part of a multi-year project on Responsible Capitalism organised the "Inaugural ECGI Responsible Capitalism Summit" on 21 October 2022 in Brussels. 

Tom Gosling (ECGI and LBS) moderated the fourth session titled, "Can Shareholders Rescue Capitalism? (Part 2)"

Prof. Jonathon Zytnick (Georgetown University) presented an academic briefing: "Do Mutual Funds Represent Individual Investors?" followed by a panel discussion with Bart De Smet (Federation of Belgian Enterprises), Lieve Mostrey (Euroclear Group) and Carine Smith Ihenacho (Norges Bank Investment Management) as their shared their inputs and perspectives on responsible capitalism and shareholderism.
